Instrumental Group is looking for another Growth Strategist. We’re looking for ambitious, driven individuals with client-facing marketing strategy experience. You should be able to demonstrate your experience and working with clients and should be comfortable in a host of industry software platforms including HubSpot. A prospective team member should have a strong understanding of who we are, and what the agency life requires.

As a Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative growth strategies. Aligning these strategies with our client's business objectives to drive tangible results and value. You'll specialize in goal setting, demand generation, and leveraging HubSpot's suite of tools, ensuring client success through data-driven decisions and measurable results. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build fantastic relationships and trust with a book of high-value clients.
  • Coordinate the effective creation of digital marketing strategy development for our clients.
  • Work closely with senior leaders, our clients, and teammates to create and execute effective demand generation sprints that result in the achievement of goals.
  • Campaign planning for project management over an array of web, marketing, and sales deliverables over 4-6 month periods.
  • Connect all strategies and activities towards annual campaign plans and goals.
  • Manage regular campaign communication over phone, email, and Zoom conferences.
  • Contribute to the growth of your personal and agency brand by writing great content and promoting it through social channels. 

Qualifications & Work Experience

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.
  • At least 5 years working in a similar role with a track record of tangible results.
  • Deep experience in HubSpot.
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adept at juggling many projects at once, working cross-functionally, while never losing site of the core message and goal behind your work.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in project management and marketing software.
  • Ability to set and run an agenda, lead pointed conversations, and keep clients on task.
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
